  1. Don't discipline her! What she did is what all cats do! I feel bad for the mouse and it's caring of you to try and help it, but don't get mad at her, it is her instinct.

  2. You should just let the cat catch mice for you. If you teach your cat that it's bad, your house will become overrun with mice! Plus it's their natural instinct to hunt and it makes them happy. I know it's sad, because baby mice are so cute, so I feel your pain.

  3. I would discipline her too, but then id feel bad. Its the cat's natural instinct to catch a rodent. Thats just how they do it in the wild, and hunting is in their blood. I'm very sorry :( You should get a shoe box, name the dead mouse, bury it in your back yard, give a ceremony, and put some flowers on her grave.

    :)/:(

    sad but happy

  4. There's not much you can do for a dying mouse unless you're a veterinarian. I suggest to just let it die, but it's really nice of you to try and help it.

And you can't really discipline your cat, it's her natural instinct. And it may not mean that she was trying to hurt it. My cat always plays with little animals but she kills them by accident. Maybe your cat was just trying to catch it or keep it still and it accidentally bit it or something.

Plus, it's not good if you have mice around or inside your house. They spread diseases if they get into your food or have babies. So your cat actually did you guys a favour :]

  5. You can't discipline a cat for killing a mouse! That's what they're suppose to do!

  6. There is no way to discipline your cat nor is there any reason to do so.  The cat is doing what comes natural to it.  They hunt and unfortunately they hunt rodents and birds.  You can't control it nor can you make her stop.

  7. You should not discipline your cat because when cats see mice, their natural instinct is to catch it and eat it.

That'd be like disciplining a human for eating chocolate.

  8. natural instinct sorry.

  9. Let your cat catch mice.

When they bring them to you and drop them as trophies at your feet, you should dispose of it right away and not let the cat eat it.
