Omg centipedes they bit they are scary and i need your freaking help?

i am super scared of centipedes if i see one in my room i will stay up for the rest of the night im not even kiddding does anyone else see centipedes in there house of you do til me what you do to live with them i tried getting rid of them but it don't work and we are not going to call an exterminator because we are moving really soon (thank god) but please til me what you do to get through the night knowing that centipedes live in your house i they help alot likeing eating bugs and stuff but that don't help please help

Centipedes come from wetness. Do you have a wet basement? They love dampness. I have tons of them in my house and I just catch and put them outside.They can bite but usually do not. My mom is like you scared to death of them and spiders. She squashes them if she can catch them. If they are in her room she will not go back in. Trust me they are more afraid of you. You could try one of those sonic bug controllers they have out now. Supposed to repel insects, mice, rats.

Unless the thing is over 3 inches long it won't be able to have strong enough mouth parts to bite into the human skin, so it can't bite you.  Spiders usually keep the centipede population down, in the basement, but the ones that do get bigger are eating other insects, so they technically are doing you a service, creepy as they look.  

Throw a shoe at them, they'll either disintegrate on contact or run for cover and leave the room alone.

I only see centipedes outside. If you have a clean room you should not have them inside.
