how can in loose weight. REALLY FAST. and saftly. with out starving myself?!!! i want my stomach to be faltter and less hippy.

  2. Really ...O my Honey Don't worry you will be Orright...All you need to do is watch out you JunkFood, 15 Mints walk everyday , would be better if you do it twoice a day 15+15 for the Frist month,  

  3. Alright, calm down. It is not possible to lose a lot of weight fast without starving yourself (please don't, i've done it and its not good). Start working out everyday for 60 minutes and eating healthy! I know it is what everyone will tell you, but it is really true.

    -Eat 6 servings of fruits and veggies everyday and drink plenty of water.

    -Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday

    -Do a cardio workout for about 30 minutes a day (running, biking, swimming etc.)

    -Start walking! Walk your dog, walk around the block, maybe to a friends house.

    -Lunges! They tone your legs and make them look great. Use weights in your hands for an extra workout.

    -Gut busters! I don't know if you're heard of them, but they are great for your abs. They are like crunches but more complex. Go on google and do a research.
