  1. All you can really do is take some pain relief tablets.

Or you can go to your local pharmacist and look for pain relief targeted to period pains.

Another idea is to lay down and put a heat bag over your lower abdomain.

  2. I suggest you take some flu medication to relieve the sore throat, fever, breathing, and maybe even doubling over symptoms.  Don't take flu medication with something like midol because that can backfire. Try to relieve your flu first. And with your cramps, eat a banana and try to do some other cramp relieving things without taking more medication. Feel Better!!!

  3. It sounds like you are having some pretty severe cramps, and honestly this is normal. On top of you being sick you must be miserable,Poor thing! Curl up with a hot water bottle or a heating pad.Drink plenty of liquids and lay in bed.You can also get those heating patches from the pharmacy. They release heat and last for quite a few hours. Also, take some pamprin or some midol. That usually helps as well.

  4. Okay, I know you feel like c**p, but try this simple exercise.  Either on the floor or on your bed, get on your hands and knees, hold your stomach in and push forward gently hold to the count of five and return.  Then gently again, move back with out sitting hold to the count of five and return.  Don't move hands or knees while doing this.  It's a basic stretching technique that I use and it helps immensely.

You sound as though you are miserable with pain, but I promise it will help.  Do five both ways then rest.  Don't tire yourself with this.

    I hope this helps

  5. It sounds normal to me. I get really bad cramps as well. You should try Advil or taking a nice warm bath. It helps ease the pain.

  6. that's normal to get bad cramps once in a while when you have your menstrual period. You should try using medications to relief the pain. You could try going to your doctor to get medicine, or look for over the counter medications. Try pamprin max. it relieves period menstrual symptoms like the cramps, bloating, irritability, back pains, head aches, you name it.

  7. take midolf

  8. i had the same prob yesterday so i got midol extended 12 hour relief and its helping so much u can even get it at dollar store its like 7 dollars
