yes its true. but they also have protein. swallowing can actually give you a form of std. i think its gonorrhoea. notice that gonorrhoea has the word "hoe" in it . :)

And to answer your question: Sperm doesnt contain that many calories (5-10 which is poo basically). But swalling sperm has many health benefits as it contains Vit C, Protein, Carbohydrates etc.

calories are just the extration of energy froma source. so if you injest them and your body metablolises them and extracts energy, then yes, they have calories
