She's 21. That's so creepy cuz that means when Mandy was a freshman in high school Miley was in 3rd grade lol.

And Mandy is totally a bad influence on Miley. Go on YouTube and look up Mandy Jiroux. She used to be a stripper or something.

She's so using Miley to get famous. Especially when she wanted to get on the Beach Girlz or something. She brought Miley along to get the spot.

Mandy is 18, Its not really that big of a deal, it means that Miley is really mature, Mandy is a Dancer in the show. because they can't hire school age kids to go on tour it would be too expensive to hire Tutors and many states have laws about the hours minors are allowed to work
