Omg my friends took pics of them selffff?

okya my 2 friends took pics of them self and the were very flashy in some you ccan see everything and they were in the shower in the pool in bed and now they are all ofver the internet and got sent to every one now when i got them i was with my old assenet pricable and my old englis hm ymom works in the scholl so i help them out alot so they saw them and i am so scared for them and everything what should i do
