my stupid cousin keeps playing the lottery and keeps winning!!!!

no actually he keeps losing.. he just wasted over 100 bucks the past few days...............how can i tell him to stop buying lottery tickets?

well, you can't...he probably will say, just one more time, and that will be the winning one, and he will continue on...you can always try the guilt trip...like, if you're going to throw good money away, might as well give it to a homeless person to eat on....although, it never works either lol
