ok i bought a lot of clothes at aero i wanna return! I can take store credit too! But I can't find the receipt!!There brandnew with all the tags on them!

one time i bought 4 pairs of jeans at pacsun (they were having a sale) but in the wrong size i returned them back with the tag on them with no reciept

If you take them to the store, they might take them back with no receipt. That is a big MIGHT. It never hurts to try though.

Did u paid by cash or credit card? If it's credit card, there might be a chance for u to give back because i think they kept the records there...

go back to the store and just show them. you don't need a receipt if you still hav the tags. but not if there were on sale

i own 8 different aeropostale stores in orlando and yes, it is our policy to allow an exchange for store credit when a receipt is not present. but seriously, you'll be okay. this is what their site says:

"If you choose to return your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing slip. Without the original packing slip, you will be issued a gift card (or exchange) for the most recent selling price of the item."

so i would imagine if you don't have the receipt for a return from an online order and they give you a gift card, then they'll do the same if you don't have a receipt from a store bought order.

the only thing you can really do to is go to the store and explain your situation to them. it all depends on the person you ask, sometimes theyll let those things slide.

if it has the tags on them then yes they will take them back

but only store credit

you can try bringing them back since the tags are still on and talk to the manager and if it was on credit card they should be able to look up your card number in their computer to prove you bought them and they should be able to print out a new receipt or return them right then.
