Omg what should i do, job help plz??

Question

I sent my resume to this new retail store that is about to open in my area, I sent my resume online though... The new retail store has a site where you can email the guy and send your resume online.. now I sent in my resume yesterday and today i got this notification that says:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.

Im not too sure what that means and im thinking of sending my resume again, i mean I really want this job.. and its soo close to me.. the store isnt exacally opend yet so my only option is to apply online..

If they were intrested in me though, when would they call me back given the fact that their supposedly hiring in the fall?? should I call the company and ask them if they recieved my resume??

and if I get a mail back that says they havent recieved my resume how should i go about sending it to them if sending it through email doesnt work and the place isnt opend yet?? should i just try to send it again??

and one more question, do you think that they have already picked the people to work there now?? considering the fact that they are hiring in the fall??

Does this retail store have a head office?  If so, google it and get the phone number.  Explain what happened and see if you can get in touch with the Human Resources department and talk to them. If you really want the job, go after it with everything you can think of...phone, snail mail, personal visit....if you get their attention, they will either love you or hate you....either way, you got noticed!  Employers love people who WANT to work....  sell yourself as a dependable, conscientious worker.

ps....if you are going to use that short form OMG....perhaps you should talk to Him too!....otherwise He isn't your God, now, is He? It's not smart to tick Him off.

1. nu plaeses that plan tu open oft solisit job appliers wae B4 em will open, sumtimes 6 months ahed.  Em get 1000's.  Yer chans av get a job is 0.

Look elsweer if yu want a job in next 3 months.

2. if it is a chaen, em yuzeyually bring in the "kee staff" from other stores or wotever em hav.  Em hire the bottom level bodees.

That message prolly means they didn't get your resume for some reason. I would call in & see if there is a way you can mail, fax, or drop by your resume.

Since it is a delay message then they should get it (I have had that message before when emailing friends and it went through).  You may wish to call the person if there is a number to confirm that they received it.  

I doubt that they have chosen employees yet, especially if they are still accepting resumes.
