Omggggggggg! job interview at debenhams HELP!!!!?

ok breathe sam

it's an open day when you pop in and they will interview you

its at debenhams

i do not know what to wear

dress and a trouser?

shirt?

so confused

and what questions will they ask?

really need this job so plzzzzzz help

yes sam breath lol, the more you think about it the more your gonna be all nervous and start to studder when she asks you questions.. im guessing that debenhams is a clothing store, am i right? well if it is and even if it isnt still dress up, wear black pants with a dressy top.. that always looks nice, get a nice pair of highheels to go with that as well... as for the questions, one of the MAIN questions she or he is going to as is, so sam, tell me about yourself?? (and then your expected to tell them about yourself, your qualifications, history of employment and how it will benifit the company or store.. all in all the trick is to not go into detail about your life.. just your employment life and things revoloving around that aspect of your life) another thing he/she will ask is what kind of person your friends think of you as? (and that kind of stuff) another one is what would make a customer loyal (i got that one, strange question but a good one, its testing your customer service skills.. kinda like a twist question type thing) and there are LOADs more and for each interview they very.. im just giving you what i got from my recent interview yesterday... i am finding out if i got the job on friday and im VERY excited and hoping that i did =)

dont worry you will do fine, make sure you dont give one worded answers, explain what you mean and mean what you say, remember your selling yourself to that company in other words advertising yourself to them on why you would be a good candidate, never downplay yourself and dont say anything negative about yourself, the trick is to always turn everything they ask into a positive.. an example would be :

interviewee asks: what are your strengths and weaknesses?

you say: well my strengths is that im very organized and quick thinker, my weakness is that im a perfectionist and spend hours on end trying to make sure i get something right, ive been told by past employers that, thats one of the reasons why im easy to train though..

(notice how i turned my weakness into a positive--- that always works!

Wear something casual,not S****y, and just smile ALLLOT, be polite and answer confidently.Men usually don't fancy aggressive women so play it cool and you'll be fine/

Is it in Uxbridge?!?! : ) I do business with Debenhams, Hounslow, Oxford Street etc etc.  If you see a tall handsome fit young man smiling at all the young ladies  you'll know who  I am!

Wear either dress or trouser with a light weight top and little jacket.  Nothing too heavy if you are sweating bullets, but a little jacket will make you look pulled together.  Wear what you are comfortable in, a flattering color maybe, your fav shoes-what make you feel good.  Smile, speak slowly and listen to what the interviewer says to you and maybe repeat back the same point-show that you're interested .  Smile, they'll see see that you genuinely want the job and that you are nice to be around.  If you are happy to be there, you'll make the customers happy to be in the shop when they hire you.

Wear something that you feel reali gud in like a dress or your fav jeans and nice top. something that you feel confident in but look smart in also=) nothing worse then wearing something that you dont feel comfortable in.x
