after asking your question, wait four hours

then go to "my profile"

click on the "my questions"

click on ur question then click the choose as best answer button under the best answer

By my answer click "Choose as Best Answer"

You have to wait 4 hours after you ask the question. Then go to the question and a choose best answer button will appear.
