Omnitech mp3 player

I got this "free" mp3 player and with windows xp it does not recognize the device. It did not come with any cds or info......Any suggestions?I have an omnitech mp3 player. I don't know how to download music from the pc to the device using iTunes or Windows. Please Help Me! :(
