He was married to Jillian( who git shot and killed), Greenlee, Annie and I am not sure but he was definetly at least engaged to Kendall.

To Gillian Andrassy, no kids, to Greenlee Smythe, no kids but they did miscarry one, and to Annie and they have Emma although she was by sperm donation when he didn't know her. He also has Spike with Kendall by in vitro that was supposed to be his and Greenlee's baby.
