Act 2 use the itch a scetch then cut out the chips then burn them with the lighter  then put out the flames and fix the cuts, then use the chain saw on his tracker around his neck. Act 3 just fix his wounds and replace his kidny and raise his pulse by using the corck s***w and the pain away.
