Both have power and speed, Manny will have to go up about 10 pounds and Oscar will have to go down in weight, will the mexican assassin Manny Pacquiao beat another mexican up? Oscar with much more experience he might just take him out?

  1. Oscar is a punk, picking on a little guy with a big name. Flashing all that money to lure pacman in. I hope he gets knocked out but he won't. He'll probably knock paci out.

  2. Pacquiao.

I hope this isn't PPV though. That would ruin what will be a great fight.

  3. Oscar will win in a stunning upset by 2nd round knockout with a vicious left hook followed by a standing eight count and then he will finish off Manny with a combination similar to the one he used to finish off Fernando Vargas 6 years ago and that will cap off the Golden Boy's spectacular career!!!!!

  4. i heard pacquiao may get 15 million dollars for the bout. win or lose that's quite a fortune. but with the strict discipline pacquiao is giving his body everytime he has an upcoming fight he can beat dela hoya as long as the weight division is fair enough for him. it may be dela hoya who may have the problem because it's harder to fight at a lower weight than at your comfortable fighting weight.

  5. Pacquiao will win via knockout on the 8th round. Mark this one down.

  6. Pacman will eat him up like how he eats them pebbles in the video game! Height doesnt matter pac got the quickness and De la Hoya is just way too old he couldnt compare to mayweather but Mayweather is a punk for wussing out and retiring!

  7. I want manny to win, but i believe the size difference will determine the winner.. if not that, den trust on pacquiao's aggresiveness, power, speed, and left straight take out another mexican... so if oscar does not utilize his size, den pacquiao will definently take advantage of it and utilize all the advantages he has...

  8. De La Hoya should fight some one his own size. But then he does not want to retire with a "W". This is a joke and should be stopped before it gets started..

  9. i said it before if manny wins i would be really happy but i have doubt about it because of the size. and power but as i say its not about the size of the dog in the fight its the fight in the dog and manny has alot of fight.

but all in all i hope oscar ruins his carrer by going 12 with him why will it ruin his carrer because every one will doubt him if he cant knock out a guy 2 weight classes smaller then in less then 12 he is not gonna stand a chance with alot of people in his division

  10. Manny Pacquiao is going to absolutely destroy De La Hoya. Pacquiao is a killer. His slaughter of David Diaz, who is a decent fighter, resembled a domestic beating more than it did a competitive boxing match. De La Hoya's past his prime and is biting off more than he can chew. Pacquiao by TKO in the eighth.

  11. Manny would win.

  12. This fight is about honor and pride!! if this two meet on december 6 the heavily favored will win and that is the golden boy.., oscar is too tall for pacquiao.., oscar is 5" 10 while manny is 5" 7 . I think this fight looks like one sided.., if im oscar i should pick antonio margarito instead of pacquiao.., that looks like more even than odh-mp fight.

  13. love both fighters. but, i have to say, why is oscar fighting someone much smaller than he is? true it is going to be the biggest fight in history, and he will be getting his biggest payday. win or lose, he will be criticized.  if he wins, it would be because he is much bigger and stronger than manny. if he losses, he lost against someone much smaller than he is, and it will ruin his career and people will forget about all his accomplishments. he really has nothing to gain from this fight except financially. he has a lot to lose if he comes out the loser. don't forget he will also be criticized of not fighting margarito or williams.  a win for manny will be a defining moment, and he may turn out to be one of the top ten greatest fighters of all time. THATS A MAYBE.
