On EBAY, if a seller does not send product and I give them negative feedback, can they give me .......?

negative feedback as well?? I have 100% and I don't wanna ruin it because someone is trying to get back at me. Let me know what you know.

There is actually a button you select next to the item that says "Report Item Never Received" - You will have to wait 10 days from purchase but you'll get a refund. Also they can't leave negative feedback for you because you did your part in paying quickly and if they did do that you have the right to contest.

if they do give you negative feedback you can contact ebay and tell them what happened and they can delete the feedback or contact the seller and talk about what happened and agree to delete the feedback.

or you can contact the seller and talk about the problem/ come to an agreement before either of you leave feedback

if you haven't received the item that you paid for, report them.

e-bay is usually good at helping that way. at least they were.

i went through the same thing, and they got me my money back.

No they cannot. Otherwise people would do it more often just to ruin eople perfect reputations.

Sellers can no-longer give negative feedback. Only buyers can give negative feedback.

If you report it to EBay, they should have some type of policy regarding such things. I believe they give you a refund, and then block the other user.
