On Ebay when they say combine shipping with additional won item $2. discount what does this mean?

I won an item on ebay that the shipping will cost me $30. so I want to buy something else from them additional since the shipping is so expensive only if they wont charge me an additional shipping they say the give a discount of $2. what does this mean? so the next shipping will be a plus $29?

yo got it dude that's exactly what they DON'T mean you if you combine shipments meaning if you buy two things and instead of mailing them to you separately tell send them in one package and they'll give you a 2 dollar discount. entiendes Mendez o te explico Federico.!!!!!!!!!!!
