On Family Guy can Stewie...?

On Family Guy can "Lois and The Fat Man" understand stewie? i know Brian can.. but idk about Lois and Peter or Chris and Meg? hmmmm..? :/

yea they can but "Lois and the fat man" see his attitude as little kid things Ex When stewie breaks out a gun of his and lois takes it away she thinks hes playing

I don't think so, as lois can never tell when stewie is plotting evil, like the episode where he was trying to kill her. that's the impression i've gotten. but strangely enough they can understand brian...
