first check to see if you have chat turned off, this is done at a table under options (upper right hand corner)otherwise you may have been ban from chat.

The new software limits chatting in certain situations.  Could you maybe have been in those situations when this happened?

Email [e-mail] with your user name and ask them what the issue is.

Sometimes if someone reported you for being obnoxious they can suspend your chat privileges.  So if you violated any rules that might explain it.

It takes more than one complaint also.  You must of really pissed a lot of people off.  Either that or you were trying to sell something while chatting.
