On Funmobile. My ten yr old messing with my prepd phone, funmobile chg me on my phone, am i liable?

my child was online looking at ringtones that said for free, she enter my cell number and it charge me $ 19.99 , i ask for a refund they denied me. It is a pre-paid phone, how can i get my money back? We did not use the service at all.

unfortunately I don't think you can get a refund. You should make sure your child knows not to do things like that. but in all of the fine print that those companies have, I'm pretty sure that even if you don't use the service, you are charged for signing up. Sorry.
