On Google Adwords, how can I lower the minimum bid on a keyword if the ad isn't showing?

I have a keyword that I can't show any more because the minimum bid is $10 now. But I can't get more clicks and I can't afford to pay $10 (a retardedly high price). If I get more clicks on my other keywords, will this eventually lower the price on the other words?
