Why does the cop pour out the grape pop infront of the witness when Harold drives the yellow mustang into a fire hydrant?... the background voices are like..."That's so racist..."

They are making the assumption that all african american people like grape soda pop! Thus trying to bribe that guy into saying something, even though he doesn't know anything.
