On Hidroparks Website for Alcudia it states children aged 5-11 need to wear armbands this cant be true?

It then states further on children under 6 have to wear armbands. My son is 8 and can swim do I have to buy armbands so we can go, which would be crazy!!

Here in the U.S. most places have actually banned them so its suprising to see a location that encourages their use. I was curious and looked on their website. It didn't say anything about kids under 11 needing armbands. If it were me, I would have my son wear them just as a precaution in case he got tired, but that's my opinion and I happen to think armbands are really fun to wear!
