On Match.com, when women fill out their profile, there's a checkbox for her mate to have "power" be a turn on

....&, the more attractive the woman is, the more likely she is to have checked the box for "power." That personal observation of mine aside, what does the desire to have one's man be into "power" mean and what does it indicate about her? Could they be filling out the profile willy-nilly? Does she want Tony Soprano power, Donald Trump power, .....?

Women like men with power because men with power make women feel safe. And since "security" is the #1 female NEED, it makes perfect sense.

Tony Soprano vs. Donald Trump would depend on that woman's individual needs. Women who like living dangerously would be more turned on by Tony Soprano because he has the power to have people killed. A woman more concerned with a comfortable and "safe" life, would prefer Donald Trump.

power has a negative connotation in my book..means submissive, whimpy, able to be controlled...some women like that. I for one, do not. We (women) worked too hard for equal rights to have to have men have "power" over us. We have minds, let us think for ourselves and be our own POWER..
