On Microsoft Word 2007, how do you crop the outline of a person?

On Microsoft Word 2007, how do you crop the outline of a person? I want to include a picture of just the outline of the person and I want to crop the rest of the photo out. How do I do this?

Is there another Microsoft Program I could do this on?

I'm not sure if this is possible in MSW07, but there is a cropping tool included in MS Paint, which you already have provided you are running a windows OS
