On Millsberry how can i be a citizen of the week?

I wish to know how i can i be a citizen of the week.. I have many trophies and alot of rooms and they are nice

This is a very good question. As far as I have been able to tell, it's been somewhat random as to who they choose for Citizen of the Week.

However, some good tips for you are to keep your buddy fed and healthy. Keep Civics, Health, Intelligence, and Fitness bars full or close to full. Playing games and having trophies will help out too.

Making sure your house is decorated nicely is another thing which is common amongst the Citizens of the Week from what I can tell.

Other than that, I say it's luck on who is chosen unfortunately.

By the way, I like your house. It's quite a nice looking place.
