On Neopets, what happened to neo__rainbow?

I tried to go to his/her homepage, but nothing showed up, no user for neo__rainbow, only the pet of another user.

yea i saw that too but it also said this user account has been disabled when you click the name neo_rainbow so they must of banned that person but i found this other website that is like it that gives most of the links like jelly world and tombola
