On POST Computer Beeps

Question

Hi, I have a 939Dual-SATA2 and sometimes when i turn on the pc the computer beeps several times and won't POST.

I thought it was VGA card problem so I replaced it, but it's the same. Sometimes beeps sometimes work perfectly!

Any ideas? It's very annoying
