On Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door, how do you make your own items and badges?

I have a friend who made his own Badge, but he refuses to tell me how, and I need to know!!!!!!!!

I haven't heard about making a badge. Are you sure it's not just a badge that you haven't seen yet and your friend is just lying to you? Try editing in some information, like the name of the badge and it's effect and I'll tell you if it's a lie or not.

I have never even heard of a badge like that. Have you  actually seen it? This sounds like an elaborate lie meant to pull your leg. Otherwise, he's just hacking into the programming and using a cheat to make the badge. If you want to do that, type in Paper Mario hack. You might need a tutorial on how to hack and it might wreck your game though so be careful with that. If he didn't hack, he's lying to you and you should totally call him on that. I'm leaning towards him lying to you because it takes a lot of technical skill to hack a game and takes more than just a day to do it. There isn't a way to instantly kill the Shadow Queen, you have to go through a series of cutscenes built into the programming. You can't skip those unless you hack. Hope this helps.
