  1. When you are paying for something, you are given the choice of what source you want payment to go from.

  2. When paying via PayPal, click on 'other funding' option then you can add a credit card or bank account. Then when set up you can pay immediately.

  3. In ebay you open up your ad' and choose to edit it.... providing there's enough hours left on the bidding, you can change certain aspects of your auction.

  4. By adding a credit/debit card along with a bank account depending on what country you are in (US,UK,CA,or AU) you will activate instant transfers. A instant transfer will still debit your bank account. However it will give the illusion that your payments are being transferred faster. The seller will receive money instantly and there is no waiting 3-4 business days for a transaction to clear per say. In detail the instant transfer uses the credit/debit as a back up in case paypal cannot debit the bank account. It still takes 3-4 business days to debit the bank account back end. Paypal more or less pays the seller in good faith instantly while in the interim waits for your bank debit to clear.

  5. go to payments and you will have to add a credit card or similar - I know e-cheques are awful.  As a seller I will not accept them.

  6. I think when it comes to Paypal or any other on-line service, THE BEST answer is "to get it right from the horse's mouth" - directly from Paypal or that specific on-line service.

If you are being charged a fee for them to handle your money, there should be a way to communicate with them.

Tanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed taking the time to answer it.
