On Pokemon crystal I have caught raikou but i cannot find entei. Any hints on what routes to look on?

I found raikou right to the left of eruteak city. Please help if icatch entei i will have all three dogs and will able to catch ho-oh. yeah that means i have sucine as well please help p.s if you help i will become your fan

If you have SEEN Entei, check on your Pokédex and hit "area" and it will show were he is right now. Go there as fast as you can

DO NOT FLY THERE! When you fly, he will just go to a new place so your best bet is to bike there. When you get to his area  use a max repel and look in the grass. Its also a good idea to use sweet scent to attract him.

That Route above ruins of Alph and to the left of Violet City.
