Well, I'm not quite sure exactly, but eggs hatching are based up the amount of steps you take, not the amount of time played. So just ride your bike around and wait. The number of steps is cut in half if you have a pokemon in your party with the ability flame body. So you may want a slugma or magcargo and such in your party to cut your wait time in half.
