There is no such thing as presidential experience, until you have actually served in that capacity. The job like every job requires learning as you go forward. A good President is one with good judgment, one who surrounds himself with good people and one who works for the greater good of his/her country. No amount of experience brings you those things. Please respond.....

  1. Both President Carter and Bill Clinton said Obama has the judgement to be President.

I haven't heard any President say that about McCain.

  2. And obama doesn't have the experience of a dog catcher. LOL!

  3. The best liar usually wins.

An experienced liar has the best opportunity to fool most of the people most of the time.

Any woman who does not vote for McCain/Palin is a traitor to her gender.

Any Black who does not vote for Obama is a traitor to his race

Any White who does not vote for Obama is prejudiced

    Democrats offer welfare

    Republicans offer warfare

    Democrats offer higher taxes

    Republicans offer deficit spending

Libertarians offer none of the above

  4. I think you are making a lame argument here about experience not being that important to suit your own agenda. You want Obama to win, that is fine. But at least be honest and admit experience is VERY IMPORTANT. Would you trust your car to a carpenter or a licensed auto mechanic? The experience people want in a president is the ability to negotiate, make rationale decisions, understand economics, foreign policy, etc. if Hillary were on the ticket, you would be shouting about how "EXPERIENCED SHE IS." Instead you pawn off this crappy idea that no is really that prepared to be president. Maybe not in your world, but in mine, people are trained to think like leaders, actually lead companies or organizations that strive to better society whether socially or economically. Not join racists churches or groups and then back off pretending that you have changed your ways. David Duke made the same statement and look what happened to him. Zebra's rarely change their stripes. Obama will win the election but he is in for a rude awaking about how fast the american public will turn on him if he does not produce results. In time people will see that he is VERY MUCH a typical politician. Promise the world, blur the details, and hope everyone jumps on board.

  5. Your right, I think the best thing you can look for is honesty, and the ability to listen to others, even when you don't agree.

But you do need some kind of management experience, the ability to read laws, the constitution, handle a crisis.

The President is on top, but does not really run the whole show, he/she hires trustworthy people to run our country.
