Alright, 1st catch the special big bass (it is random when you catch it) 2nd take it to the taxidermist in canifis and he will stuff it for a small price

canifis is where you take your big fish to be stuffef for your house  you have to fish to get one  you can not just buy it  it radom item while you fish
