On Runescape, why do high lvled people train on lvl 57 Bandits?

i always see high lvled ppl training on lvl 57 bandits, why?

Level 57 bandits give you fast experience.

if you wear a saradomin or zamorak icon, they auto attack you, like rock crabs for high levels

thats why people with high combat and a decent amount of money to buy god items use it to train

i would recommend 105+ combat without summoning to do this, wear a saradomin or zamorak cape from the wilderness magic training arena, go to the bandit camp in the desert past the shanty pass, bring some really good food, some prayer potions, and armor rune or above, be careful if using barrows items, as they degrade, so chose carefully between rune/dragon and barrows items

it is useful to have a charged amulet of glory, with it you can teleport to al karid, bank at the shanty pass, then go back to the bandit camp and always watch your health

REMEMBER, THE DESERT DOESN'T AFFECT YOUR CHARACTER IN THE CAMP! DO NOT BRING WATERSKINS!
