On SYTYCD (and perhaps in all dancing), what do the girls do to keep their v****a lips from flying out?

From flying out of the sides of the crotch of their dance trunks I mean? For example tonight Courtney was wearing some trunks that were awfully thin down there (during the jazz routine).....its pretty obvious that these girls have to shave, but how do they make sure that their labias don't hang out the sides?? Just curious since they are constantly spreading their legs to do kicks, etc...

yeah thats a great question.. maybe they wear sort of mini shorts/undies the same colour as the costume..

sort of like how netballers have the body suit and with the undies underneath??

Usually dancers use a special adhesive to "keep things in place."  Hairspray also works, not as well, but for a quick fix.  Most dancers will wear a nude colored leotard or bloomers underneath if it's possible.

When I was in gymnastics, we used adhesive sprays on the areas where the fabric touches such as our butts so we didn't get huge wedgies in the middle of a routine, so im sure they have to have something similar.
