On Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 Can you export a finished edited project directly to a dvd +rw disc?

If you can, please tell me how to do it. if you can't, then please tell me how you can get it onto a dvd +rw disc! and also is there a good tutorial on net anywhere? I can't seem to find one.

  1. When you're finished editing your project you can choose Render As from the File menu to convert your project to another format

    .wav, .w64, .avi, or .mxf format,than burn


  2. go to tools>burn disc>VCD or blue-ray

    to burn a DVD i have to tell you : Vegas software does not create SVCDs or DVDs, but you can use the MPEG plug-in to render files for your SVCD/DVD-creation application. Consult the application's documentation to determine the file requirements before rendering.

    If you choose to save markers in your rendered MPEG-2 file, DVD Architect will read those markers as chapter markers. Ensure the Render I-frames at markers check box is selected before rendering (in the Render As dialog, choose MainConcept MPEG-2 from the Template drop-down list, and then click the Custom button. In the Custom Template dialog, select the Video tab and select the Render I-frames at markers check box).
