This GCNotifier.exe originally came with a "Golden Casino" download. It is not listed with programs. It will not even turn up with a search. I can CTRL-ALT-Delete it at outset--but, can not get rid of it. Can you help? Thanks

  1. maybe try,

going to start (run in xp) and type MSCONFIG and disable everything that shouldnt be starting up in the "STARTUP" tab.

make sure to leave ur security checked though.

  2. try to scan your computer with superantispyware.

    download here:http://www.snapfiles.com/get/SuperAntiSp...

If you think, it came up with Golden Casino, try uninstall Golden Casino and see what happens.

Also go to Start>run>type msconfig. Click the start-up tab and check the start-up items. uncheck the box that has the GCNotifier.exe. Click Apply and ok. restart your computer.
