  1. That all depends if your sitting on the right or left.


  2. Again, it is a good idea to take the local trains, they are cheaper and less crowded. Between Zermatt and Disentis Munster it is the MatterhornGotthardBahn (MGB) and from Disentis Munster to Davos and St Mortiz the trains are run by the RhaitenBahn (RhB) - both operate frequent local services over the route,

    The difference being you would have to change trains on route at Disentis (on the express there would be a locomotive change as the RhB is 100% adhesion whereas the MGB has sections of Rack Rail)

  3. I think it's all good in any direction. Travel on the local trains over the same route and avoid the tourists.
