On The Sims 2 how do I get into sky view?

No I mean like how do I look up to the sky and see hot air ballons?

Press TAB and it will take you to camera man or something. then you can actually move the camera up very far than usual. Its handy for making a movie.

i think you might be meaning the view of the house from directly above.If so then when you go to build or buy section there is this little button i think looks like an arrow pointing downwards to a square. its beside the camera button and options button.

if you are meaning the view of the sky then press TAB and move your mouse upwards lol
