On Toontoon...How do I get my old toon back?

I made a toon a couple of years ago, now i can't play as him. I strated to pay for him, now i don't, and hes gone cuz the free 3 day trial was still there when i made him, i got really far, can anyone tell me how to get the account back, i can't remember the pass or username, please help

if you paid for it before now you are coming back you should pay for it then phone the help line on the site they can get it back for you
