On UPS it sais my package has an exeption. Does this mean its coming tomarow?

I live in Delaware. The package arived at philadelphia at 6:30am today, and the details was "package arived late at city your package is delayed" does this mean the package is coming tomarow? (It was suposto come today)

There's a pretty good chance, but in my experience it pays to call UPS and be sure they didnt have an issue with an address label being smudged or something. It may help.
