On Wii Fit, wanted to keep same weight in two weeks, but keeps saying I'm losing weight! What should I do?

Basically all I want to know is how to make my weight go up the most suitable way! Meaning I don't want any answers saying eat fatty foods!

  1. Work on strength training. You'll lose wieght at first, but as your grow muscle, it'll increase your weight.


  2. first of all u don't increase ur weight on wii fit the whole point of wii fit is to lose weight not increase ur weight

    any way to get ur wieght up dont eat wat ever u r eating now eat somthing a bit no healthier


  3. MUSCLE! do the STRENGTH exercises. =]
