On WoW is there a way to get a mount at low level?...if so...how?

i have heard of a way to get mounts at low levels...i would like to know how

quit paying all your money on Wow and play Perfect World u fly ride and do everything the same kill stuff in the air , kill stuff while swimming with unlimited breath. also have a fashion system and marriage   system and daily, monthly, and yearly events, stuck on a lvl? every day u get a easy daily quest. get glowing armor and weapons with a max level of 105! and its completely free. i am lvl 52 Elf Priest. i ahve glowing robes, jade fashion set, jaguar mount, and refulgence wings. name is Xeras look me up also have blue glowing weapon. Also have lvl22 WereBeast with fashion shorts, and Glowing poleaxe. i forgot to mention u fly with wings, flying swords, and manta rays, and 2 - headed dragons, and hawks, and a pheonix. and MAN! there is too much to describe just play it for yourself.

On some privat servers you can get mount before lvl 30. That's what you must have heard about.

The lowest level you can get a mount is 30 (riding skill 75 is definatly level 30).

Speed boost alternatives below level 30 are;

Shaman ghost form

Druid cat form with +15/+30% movement speed talents or dash.

Rogue sprint

Hunter aspect of the cheetah.

At lvl 30 you can get a mount that increases your speed by 60%. This is either bought or trained at your class trainer, depending on class. Note that you will have to train riding as well when you are buying it at a mount vendor.

At lvl 60 you can get the 100% speed increasing mount which you can either buy or complete a quest series receiving the mount as a reward.. Note that you will have to train riding as well when you are buying it at a mount vendor.

At lvl 68 you can train epic flying form at your class trainer if you are a druid.

At lvl 70 you can buy both rare and epic mounts but it will take quite some money to train the riding for epic one. 5000 g to be exact. If you are a druid you must buy the flying skill and also complete a quest series receiving the epic flying form as a reward if you want it. But you can also simply use a mount. At lvl 70 there are two mount types that are 50% faster than the epic one (which is 280%), but they are quite hard to obtain.

Additionally there is a mount that you can get at any lvl (including lvl 1), but that mount will not increase your speed at all and you have to be lucky at the WoW card game to get it.

(Decks may contain so-called loot cards which you can change for in game items by entering the code on the card at a certain npc.)

No unfortunately you do need to be level 30 to get a mount!
