it has been 6 years since i bailed my brother out of jail. the bail agent charged my 2,000 dollars on a 20,000 bail and i put my propert up as collateral. a couple years after the bond was exonerated i refinanced my home and found a lien from the bail agent. i could not refinance until i paid the lien of 20,000 how was this possible i just found out that once the bail was exonerated my property lien should have been llifted what can i do about this now it has been 6 years
