Question:

On a Mac, how do I burn a new DVD from a single track that's on another DVD?

I have a DVD that that has multiple tracks on it. I would like to copy this DVD but only have one of these tracks on the new DVD. Is there any way I could burn a single track as an image file and then burn that image onto the DVD? I have a PC as well. Would this be easier to do on a PC? What would be the best way to go about this?

  1. You may try iSkysoft DVD Copy for Mac. It is powerful Mac DVD copy software for Mac users. It allows you to output DVD folder and directly burn your DVD movies to new DVD discs with no protections.

You can download this software free from here

I share this Mac DVD copy programme  with you.

    http://www.mac-dvd-ripper.com/mac-dvd-co...

It is a professional DVD copy program designed for Mac OS users to copy D9 and D5 DVD movies ( D9 to D9 and D5 to D5). It can copy your DVD with the original quality 100% preserved and at the same time remove DVD protections such as CSS, RC and RCE.

  6. The software I use is called HANDBRAKE. The nice thing about it is that it allows you to choose what track you want to copy. And as you wish, it makes it into an image file. You can also set how large of a file you want it to be. I've gotten good results taking a 90min movie and making it 700mb. The best thing is that it's open source. So you can d/l it for free from http://www.opensourcemac.org/

So, stick with using a Mac! You'll save time and frustration.
