On a Motorola Razor, how can I get my videos onto my computer?

Does it matter that I have the texting service disabled? So far this has been the most c**p-tastic phone I've ever had and I don't know if all Razors are like this or just the two my husband and I have, so if anyone can help or if anyone else is having similar problems....

well since you dont have text you need a data cable:

If you have bluetooth for your computer thats the way to go. If not you need a USB cable to go from your computer to your phone. You also need Motorola Phone Tools. get that at www.motorola.com/support.

Just follow the directions its easy. It tells you when to plug your phone to the computer and all instructions...
