On a UK Passport application for renewal...?

For the 'town of birth' do you put the district or the borough, eg say you were born in Catford which comes under the London Borough of Lewisham. Would you put 'Catford' or do you put 'Lewisham'? London is of course the county.

  2. Just put the town you were born in as it is on your birth certificate.  Im from Harrow, London. So I put harrow on my passport.  

  3. i'd just put in Catford

    If they have a problem with the town name they get in touch with you.
