On a boat with no bathroom?

Question

We go boating a lot in the summer. My girls 14 and 16, along with our 9 year old son and their dad wear bathing suits. When we have to pee, we slip in to the water to do so. we put the ladder down so we can climb back in, our son wears a life jacket as he is not a good swimmer. Does anyone else do it like this? sometimes we are far from shore, so this for us is better.

yes i think its pretty normal because what else are you going to do go all the way back because somebody has to go to the bathroom that would be stupid
